This Privacy Policy explains how Tarazu (“Tarazu”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use tarazu.co and our review-management services.

Google data is used only to provide the Google Business Profile functionality that you knowingly request. This can include retrieving reviews for connected locations, generating reply drafts, presenting those drafts to you, publishing a reply after the required user action or configured authorization, and generating service-level reports.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, unrelated profiling, or any purpose that is inconsistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy or the functionality described to you.
Tarazu does not request your Google password. You authorize access through Google's OAuth consent flow, and you can remove Tarazu's access through your Google Account at any time.
Tarazu requests only the Google Business Profile permissions necessary for the features you select. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, sell data, or create unrelated consumer profiles. You can revoke Tarazu access from your Google Account at any time. If you disconnect a Business Profile from Tarazu, we stop accessing it through the Google APIs, subject to short-lived technical records needed for security and legal obligations.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. Google Business Profile content obtained through the APIs is handled according to Google's Business Profile API policies, including applicable storage and retention limitations. Where a platform policy requires temporary storage or deletion, we follow that requirement.
Account and billing records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain accounting records. You may contact us to request deletion where applicable.
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, AI processing, messaging, payments, email and security. They receive only information reasonably necessary to perform their services and are expected to protect it.
We do not sell personal information or Google user data to third parties.
Tarazu may send relevant review text and business context to an AI service provider to generate a reply draft. We use this processing to provide the feature you requested. We do not ask the AI service to make independent business decisions on your behalf; the product is designed to keep business owners in control of sensitive responses.
If you opt in to WhatsApp notifications, Tarazu uses your number to send service-related notifications such as review alerts, reply drafts, approval requests and configured review-request messages. Tarazu does not use WhatsApp for unsolicited cold outreach.
We use reasonable security practices including encrypted transport, access controls, protected credentials and restricted internal access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may disconnect your Google account, change notification settings, stop using the service, or contact us regarding access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
Tarazu is a business service and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of providing this service.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our service or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated policy on this page and update the effective date.
